This was my third time to the shop and it never disappoints. The talent, kindness and cleanliness is amazing. All the artists bring their own special twist and passion. I sent a message via Instagram with what we were looking to do. And got perfectly matched with Erica. And she nailed it. Exactly what we wanted. Everyone at the shop are so kind and accommodating to our needs. They have coffee tea and water for clients. And always prepared with their candy. The vibe that Polarity gives are chill and comfortable. You don’t feel out of place and they totally make you feel like family. The shop is extremely clean and organized. They also give you a detailed pamphlet on after care and open to answer any questions you might have. I highly suggest going there for your next tattoo.

Bright and clean shop. Amazing tattoo artists and homebase to award winning artist Aaron. Everyone here is very welcoming. They go above and beyond to make you comfortable during your tattoo session. Pillows, snacks, drinks, top notch equipment and chairs...they really figured out how to make the experience worthy of a 5 star review.

I’ve been going to Polarity since they opened and I can honestly say that it will be the only shop I go to in the future. The owners Aaron and Natalia are the friendliest people and have poured their hearts and souls into this place and you can tell just walking in the door. The staff are all amazing people with insane amounts of talent. If you are looking to get some work done you’d be crazy not to come here. I’ve never had such a rad experience getting a tattoo and by the time your piece is done you’ll be bummed having to leave. Everyone of their artists have an Instagram page to show their styles and past pieces they’ve done. CHECK THEM OUT! You will NOT be disappointed.

I just completed a large piece over two back-to-back sessions with Aaron, and the entire experience—from the consultation to finally getting the work done—was incredible.

Natalia, the studio’s co-owner along with Aaron, was nothing short of wonderful. She made every step of the process feel smooth and welcoming. The rest of the staff were also super friendly and added to the warm, positive atmosphere.

Now to the artist himself—Aaron is a true professional and absolutely dedicated to his craft. I spent a long time searching for an artist who could bring a 2D drawing to life, and I’m so glad I found him. My tattoo is perfect—it came out even better than I imagined. And dare I say it... on the day after, it feels 100% worth the pain! 🤭

Beyond the artwork, I truly appreciated the enlightening conversations and the sense of groundedness and purpose you all bring—not just to your art, but to life. You’re great humans, and I genuinely applaud your focus on what matters.

Sometimes it takes a lifetime to decide to consider having a tatoo, and if you do, which artist. After a very high recommendation, because of the realism required, I found my way to Aaron and Polarity. Everything was impressive with this studio. Cleanliness, comfort, kindness shown to me by staff and finally Aaron. He explained everything, and especially as an older guy not knowing the ropes, he put my concerns to rest. Thankyou Aaron and staff for helping me through the day and making something very important to me a moment to remember.

All the art in there are extremely friendly talented in their own ways. Kool-Aid is who I always get to do my work. I definitely recommend them. They're not overpriced.

I got a tattoo yesterday from the apprentice Emily Cushenan and it was a great experience. She had quite a professional demeanour and great attention to detail, making sure that I happy with my tattoo and that it looked good from a tattooers perspective. She was also able to fulfill administrative roles and help other clients while making me feel like I had her full attention. The shop was very clean and the atmosphere inside was friendly. I love my tattoo. Would recommend Emily and the shop to anyone.

After 13 tattoos from this place i keep coming back for more. The staff is amazing, the work is fantastic. I suggest Aiden but if he can't do something for you, I guarantee someone can.

I’ve wanted a cover-up for a while and knew she was the right artist when I went for my consultation. She understood exactly what I was thinking and most importantly, was honest & transparent about what would be possible since my original piece was quite dark. In the end, she exceeded my expectations and I am so so happy!
I spent 2 days at the studio and was kind of sad when my tattoo was done because the staff are so fun to be around.

I just had a tattoo cover up completed by Erica. I provided some general guidelines about what I was looking for and she took the ideas and ran with it. The tattoo looked nothing like I imagined it would, but it was perfect! On the day of, she re-sized three times until we were both happy. She shared her ideas about the colour and we agreed on everything before the machine ever turned on. The shop is small, super clean, and extremely friendly. Some of the other shops I've been to are a bit clique-y, but I didn't get that vibe from either of my visits to Polarity. This is my second tattoo by Erica, and I've recommended her to friends.

Amazing tattoo shop! They are family friendly and all the staff are kind and the most lovely people you could deal with. I've had 3 tattoos done by KoolAid Tattoo. I constantly receive compliments for his work.

If there was an option to leave 100 stars I would. I can’t thank Aaron and his team at polarity for all that they did from the moment I walked in to the moment I left , I’ve never felt more at home. The skills that are under one roof blows my mind! they have someone there for all your style needs. I was just tattooed but Erica Pierce and she did an amazing job finishing up a much overdue unfinished sleeve by another artist from years ago. She had the vision to beautifully size, place and blend in the new images to make it look seamless. I’ve been tattooed by many artists at many shops in last 30 years and Erica and Polarity are top notch !! It’s a clean shop with professionals in house.

I had a tattoo done by Aaron at Polarity, and it was a fantastic experience from booking the appointment several months before, to getting in his booth and having my tattoo done. Aaron’s co-owner and wife Natalia helped me arrange my appointment; she was so friendly, accommodating, and responsive. She answered all of my questions in great detail and gave me all of the information I needed without hesitation. I was truthfully very anxious for my appointment (I have felt intimidated and so nervous in other tattoo shops), but at Polarity, I felt welcomed and calmed from the moment I got there. Natalia was so sweet and friendly, offered me snacks and coffee, and spent a few minutes chatting with me, which made me feel so welcomed in their space. Aaron is such a gifted artist. His work stands out and it truly speaks for itself. He took his time with me during the consultation part of the appointment, and really listened to what I was looking for in my new tattoo. He created my design right in front of me that I am so, so happy with! I really appreciated that I could sit with him while he drew my piece, he made me feel involved in the creation of it. The finished product looks insane in the best way possible! Additionally, all of the employees and artists said hello to me, checked out and complimented my new tattoo, and were so friendly and personable. My appointment at Polarity was overall a positive, fun, and relaxing experience, and I would love to go back. Thank you Aaron and Natalia!
